Real estate software provider planetRE has announced that it has integrated financial management software QuickBooks into its cloud-based business suite. With the integration, users of planetRE money, planetRE’s financial management platform, may enjoy the functionality of QuickBooks from within their planetRE accounts.
For the integration, planetRE used the new Intuit Partner Platform. Intuit is the maker of QuickBooks, and the Intuit Partner Platform enables developers to integrate QuickBooks using the new QuickBooks API.
“QuickBooks has a major market share with small to midsize real estate companies being a preferred accounting platform, and this integration was the missing link,” says Subrao Shenoy, CEO of planetRE. “This integration will allow thousands of real estate companies for the first time to use a true cloud solution for sales accounting, compensation, general ledger, business intelligence reporting — all in the cloud with top-notch app center security and data integrity standards.”
PlanetRE offers a wide array of cloud-based business solutions for agents, including Internet Data Exchange (IDX) websites that integrate with multiple listing services (MLS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as transaction and financial management tools.
