Jim Park is the 2013 chairman of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), a national nonprofit trade organization with more than 14,000 members that’s focused on expanding sustainable housing opportunities for Asian American and immigrant communities.

Park, the founder and co-CEO of New Vista Asset Management, has worked in private, government and nonprofit sectors over a career spanning 24 years, dedicating himself to creating opportunities in multicultural communities. He recently completed his service as the chairman of the Federal Reserve’s Consumer Advisory Council, and currently serves on Bank of America’s Consumer Advisory Council.
