Transaction management platform dotloop has unveiled a suite of tools specifically targeted to large, multioffice brokerages that includes enhanced customer service and training, and customization and branding options.
More than 3,000 brokerages use the platform now to coordinate deals online with help of the platform’s e-signature and product work flow tools.
Large brokerages who sign on to the new suite can work with dotloop to develop customized work flows, incorporate their branding and integrate it into a single sign-on platform.
“In partnering with thousands of brokerages over the past four years, we’ve recognized the unique challenges larger organizations face in rolling out new technologies uniformly across teams and offices,” dotloop CEO Austin Allison said in a statement. “Our new premium suite addresses those issues head-on and is designed specifically to support large brokerage success in using technology to create productive agents, recruit and retain talent, and build successful businesses.”
“We’ve found that the best way to reach agents is through brokers,” Allison told Inman News.
Last week, dotloop brought on Michael Graham, recently an exec with global digital marketing firm Possible, to serve as the Cincinnati-based company’s first chief operating officer.
