Brokers looking to create videos for their listings have a new tool that will do it automatically — in real time.

ListingVideos.com from VScreen pulls listing data like photos and home stats from a broker’s multiple listing service data feed, sprinkles in relevant real-voice and video clips, and adds in info like mortgage rate, walkability and school info from a handful of data partners to make listing videos.

The result is a custom video for each listing in a broker’s database that lives on the broker’s site and which also can be fed to YouTube and other platforms.

“The videos are designed to tell the property’s story,” said VScreen CEO Stephen Schweickart.

When listing info, like price or days on market, changes, the videos are automatically updated in real time, Schweickart said. “The videos don’t exist until the user clicks play,” he said.

Schweickart says VScreen has a library of 15,000 to 20,000 precut voice-overs and video footage of more than 200 U.S. cities that can be stitched together in creation of the automatic videos.

In addition, brokers can choose from a handful of “scenes” to fill out the videos including agent branding, special house amenities, days on market and nearby active inventory powered by Terradatum, and school zone and walkability info powered by Maponics.

VScreen, which Schweickart says has been working on ListingVideos.com for two years, released automatic market videos with partner Terradatum in August 2012.

Pricing for ListingVideos.com starts at $750 per month for up to 200 active listing videos. The price goes up with higher listing counts.

Startup Onvedeo released a similar automatic listing video-creation tool, “VidGenie,” for brokers and agents last year that pulls in listing info, live-voiced narration and live-motion video clips to help pros advertise their listings.
