Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Rand Realty has signed up with dotloop, giving its more than 800 agents the option to negotiate, collaborate, sign and close deals in the cloud using the digital transaction management platform.
With dotloop’s premium brokerage package, the firm, based in New York’s Hudson Valley, can also monitor the deals in progress throughout its 25 offices using the platform’s broker dashboard.

In January, dotloop set its sites on signing up large brokerages with a new software suite that included enhanced customer service and training, and customization and branding options. It found that an efficient way to grow the number of agents using its platform was to go after big brokers, dotloop CEO Austin Allison told Inman News at the time.
Since then, the firm has signed up the large firms New England-based Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate/The Masiello Group, Wallingford, Connecticut-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties and Stamford, Connecticut-based William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty to its platform.
Cincinatti-based dotloop claims more than 3,000 firms across the U.S. currently use its platform.
