Houston, Texas-based “virtual brokerage system” provider BackAgent has signed a vendor partnership with Re/Max of Texas, which provides franchise services to 5,000 brokers and agents working out of 260 offices across the state.
BackAgent says its cloud-based intranet helps brokers communicate with agents, manage transactions, ensure compliance, and run ads promoting vendors.
The platform provides a paperless transaction management platform with a Q&A interface that guides agents through the appropriate workflow and documentation.
More than 1,500 Re/Max agents in Texas already use the platform, the company said, and all told 200 brands are using the system at the local, regional or corporate level.
