Philips, who joined Zillow Group as general counsel in 2010 and has served as chief operating officer for the last two years, replaces Chad Cohen, who resigned in July. Philips has played a big role in the firm’s growth, including oversight of the Trulia acquisition process.
As CFO, Philips will manage the finance, treasury and accounting functions for Zillow Group. She will also continue to run the firm’s legal operations and corporate development.
Bohutinsky has served as Zillow Group’s chief marketing officer since its launch in 2005. The firm has become a household name under her marketing leadership.
