- Fall is a great time to connect with your network and refresh your marketing strategy.
- Look at your marketing plan to see where co-marketing could benefit your squad.
- Busy professionals need to plan fun into their schedule. Make it a priority to relieve stress and tension.
So you have your #squad together — now what? (FYI: Your squad can be a group of agents from your office, too.)
I’m a huge fan of co-marketing. It keeps costs down and helps maximize exposure to your audience.

Here are a few ideas to help you and your #squad have fun and boost business this fall:
1. Farm
Ask your favorite vendors if they would like to farm a neighborhood with a direct mailing campaign. Share energy-saving tips, a mini “what sold this summer” summary and seasonal pest control tips.
Your local post office should have a rep who specializes in the Every Door Direct Mail program that will help you craft an affordable and effective mailing piece.
Hate direct mail? Try running a targeted Facebook carousel ad campaign with the same theme.

2. Organize a #PSL treat day
Your squad takes good care of you, make sure to take care of your squad. Have a coffee meeting and invite your crew — micronetworking at its best.
3. Volunteer
Grab your squad and do something good in your community. Take lots of pictures, and make sure to use them in digital and social media marketing.
4. Write reviews
If they are on your squad, then they are top-notch. Keep the synergy going and take a moment to write a positive LinkedIn review.
5. Sponsor a local fall event
With so many “fests” on the horizon, it should be easy to find a squad member or two interested in helping pull this off.
6. Team-building
Choose a local activity and block off an afternoon for you and your squad to have some fun. Hit up the orchards, walk a 5K or try your luck at laser tag.
