  • The neighborhood was a natural fit as president David Wolf's previous brokerage was located there
  • The bustling Damen Avenue is easy to get to and centrally located for its expected 75 full-time agents

On November 2, Related Realty opened the doors of its new Bucktown office at 1755 North Damen Ave., hugged up against the 606 trail. Spanning 3,000 square feet of space in an industrial building just north of the bustling shopping and restaurant district of Wicker Park/Bucktown, the new office is slated to house about 75 full-time agents.

The brokerage, which was founded in 2012, has its headquarters in River North at 350 West Hubbard Street, and it has plans to expand throughout the next 12 months.

Bucktown was a natural choice for our second location and, in many ways, felt like a homecoming to our agents who already live on the Northwest Side and have closed numerous transactions in the area,” said David Wolf, president of Related Realty, in a statement.

“With a physical presence on Damen Avenue, we’ll be much closer to our existing clients while simultaneously breaking into new neighborhoods where we can introduce buyers and sellers to the highly personalized service that has made Related Realty one of the fastest-growing residential brokerages in Chicago.”

The neighborhood was also an obvious choice because Wolf’s previous brokerage group, David Wolf Residential, was located in the neighborhood.

The 606/Bloomingdale Trail nearby is a natural fit for the growing team, as the area continues to see development and construction along the east/west trails as well as the surrounding neighborhoods.

The Bucktown location gives Related Realty’s brokers the option to work in different city neighborhoods, where they serve the majority of their clients.
