Real estate agents at Jacksonville, Florida-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Florida Network Realty can now get digital and print property marketing packages automatically emailed to them upon entering listings into the MLS.
The marketing packages feature a small and large brochure, eCard, flier, YouTube video slide show and “jumbo postcard,” said Bill Yaman, president at Imprev, the real estate tech provider that powers the service on behalf of BHHS Florida Network Realty.
If changes are made to a listing, the materials part of a property’s marketing package are automatically updated and redeployed.

If they want, agents can “augment the automated creative with their own marketing flair” with the assistance of a “phrase library,” according to Yaman.
“It really solves writers block, and this is going to rock our agents’ world!” said Marisa Mariano, creative services marketing manager at BHHS Florida Network Realty, in a statement.
