Things to consider
This is a new offering from a company that has acquired several others and already has a presence in the industry. There may be some growing pains early on. However, the tools and features looked very stable during my demonstration.

PowerAgent was developed by the guys who offer EzFlix, a mobile video creation app that I reviewed last spring.
That tool is included with your PowerAgent account, which makes it very easy to create and publish video files of your listings.
As it does in the stand-alone app, the software creates the video automatically using the image data from an MLS listing.
In PowerAgent, it’s even easier to add new video, include more images, re-arrange picture order and add text details of the property. Music and voice tracks can also be made part of the video.
In a couple of clicks, it can be shared to your Zillow or Trulia account, YouTube channel or Facebook timeline.

Integrated video marketing is only a part of what I think makes this software really effective. Everything is so nicely confined.
All listings are populated into its management admin via the users’ MLS ID. Properties can be manually added, too.
Once loaded, it’s easy to send a listing to a social network or create a flyer to be emailed. The brochures look sharp and content can be added and manipulated via drag and drop functionality.
This is not a CRM, but does have a good hold on how to use contacts.
Users can hand-select a specific group of leads to share a new listing with as they go or save that segment for ongoing outreach.
Segmentation is a powerful way to use email, and something every stand-alone email vendor encourages.
PowerAgent is set up to encourage users to take action with each piece of marketing content it creates. Videos, brochures and even provided industry news articles can be quickly broadcast directly to inboxes and social networks.
This is not a CRM, but does have a good hold on how to use contacts.
Users are also given a homepage with a complete listing feed and other relevant personal content.
I really enjoy how PowerAgent handles the back-end. Each listing is represented as a small image card with its price and most basic characteristics.
Clicking on card initiates an email, video or brochure action. It’s visually pleasing and, best of all, really easy.
The initial dashboard gives users a series of vivid pie, bar and line graphs to gauge listing activity, lead source, location and the type of leads engaging with your content. Easy stuff.
Users can also choose to have every marketing action automated, a great option if your calendar is seeing a busy week of showings or events.

However, I feel its critical to have control of exactly when and how your content publishes.
PowerAgent also works into the mix a customer review survey and sharing feature, ReachFactor. Like others in this ilk, client reviews can be shared on a landing page of sorts to help fortify online reputation and bolster SEO effectiveness.
Users can choose to have the team at RealBizMedia build a custom Facebook page or sell them leads.
The company clearly has a number of products that can help enhance each aspect of your marketing plan. Thankfully, though, each can also be leveraged separately.
In PowerAgent, I would like to see a calendar of content sends and posts and more customization of messaging to accompany automated social media posts.
Still, there’s very little not to like here. I encourage agents to have look when it launches on January 21.
