- White boards and dream boards are your visual daily accountability. Keep them vibrant, exciting and updated.
Dreams are valuable. They give your life and career a purpose, direction and ultimately meaning.
It’s foolish to underestimate the power of having a dream, and if you’re in real estate and you don’t have an idea of where you want to go in the industry, you should check yourself and see if this is the right line of work for you.
That being said, a dream without goals is worthless — it’s just a fantasy, like saving the rainforest or winning the lottery. It would be great if dreams just happened, but unfortunately that’s not how it works.
Now taking that dream, establishing goals, and creating practical, achievable milestones to get there –that’s another story.
