- Take the temperature of where your business is currently, and think about where it needs to go for you to stay on track.
- Break down your goals into daily milestones, and give yourself "points" for meeting each one.
- Singing buyers to an agency contract, selling a listing, putting a buyer into contract, pre-qualifying a seller prospect, setting new listing appointments, calling back 100-percent of your leads -- all of these daily achievements help you "win the game."
Most real estate agents love working for themselves with little or no external accountability. The problem, however, is that without accountability, it’s hard to push yourself to achieve the tasks required for growth and success. Today we’re discussing a game that helps you focus on your daily tasks for real estate career success.
Are you on track to meet the goals you set? Or are you having a hard time getting off the starting line? This game contains all the elements you need to build momentum and keep mixing it up to keep things interesting.

The game contains 21 potential points of action. Each is worth 5 points. Earn 50 points per day for every day you work, and you win. Income-producing activities like pre-qualifying a buyer or seller, taking listings, signing a buyer agency contract and even going to lunch with a past client or member of your center of influence count for points. How you play the game is up to you, but we guarantee long-term rewards if you work at it.
