• Take the temperature of where your business is currently, and think about where it needs to go for you to stay on track.

Most real estate agents love working for themselves with little or no external accountability. The problem, however, is that without accountability, it’s hard to push yourself to achieve the tasks required for growth and success. Today we’re discussing a game that helps you focus on your daily tasks for real estate career success.

The game contains 21 potential points of action. Each is worth 5 points. Earn 50 points per day for every day you work, and you win. Income-producing activities like pre-qualifying a buyer or seller, taking listings, signing a buyer agency contract and even going to lunch with a past client or member of your center of influence count for points. How you play the game is up to you, but we guarantee long-term rewards if you work at it.
