Take a look at your “go-to” excuses. What would happen if you let them all go? Excuses have almost become part of our DNA.
Grab a pen and paper and listen up as we brain dump our excuses together and visually purge the lies that have been holding us back. Then take the challenge in this podcast and start painting the picture of your new life. What do you want more of? What do you want less of? How can you be the best version of yourself? Who is that person?
