Ugo Colombo, president of CMC Group luxury development, has a grand vision for the 64-story glass-clad tower called Brickell Flatiron.
Located in Miami’s financial district, Brickell Flatiron attracts a wide variety of buyers who paid a combined $75 million in sales across the first two quarters of 2016. The majority of buyers are local to the U.S., but the skyscraper attracted international interest from Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina and Italy, too.
Brickell Flatiron broke ground in March, with Moss Construction handling assembly. The foundation is set to be poured at the turn of the year, and completion is slated for 2019.
Spectacular views and lavish amenities
Brickell Flatiron offers units ranging between one and five bedrooms in duplex residences and one luxury penthouse. List prices range between $400,000 and over $14 million.

Regardless of size or price point, all units feature Italian-made custom cabinets, marble floors, recessed lighting, glass balcony railings, custom Italian doors, stainless steel appliances and energy-efficient windows.
Architect Luis Revuelta is leading the design along with interior architect Massimo Iosa Ghini and artist Julian Schnabel. Schnabel is in charge of creating a large, spectacular focal art piece to ornament the communal spaces.
On the 64th floor, future residents can enjoy the Sky Spa and its rooftop pool, spa and fitness center. The top floor allows for panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the surrounding skyline.
The fitness center, which spans 6,300 square feet, includes state-of-the-art equipment, workout studios, a sauna, steam room and private locker facilities.
Halfway up the building, the 17th and 18th floors feature one expansive lap pool. Inside, residents have access to a movie theatre, wine room, event zone, business center and children’s play room.
