This fall, Reed Midem and MetaProp NYC are joining forces to deliver the first North American MIPIM PropTech Summit during Real Estate Tech Week in New York City.
The MIPIM PropTech Summit is a private, invitation-only conference. Presenting influencers and industry executives, MIPIM PropTech offers real estate market projections and discussion on the considerable influence of tech in real estate.
“Recognizing that real estate has reached the tipping point in the rapidly growing importance of PropTech, Reed Midem sees New York City as the epicenter of this movement and the clear choice to host our North America MIPIM PropTech Summit,” Filippo Rean of Reed Midem said in a statement. “We are proud to partner with MetaProp NYC in bringing this premier summit and global real estate start-up competition to New York City.”
The MIPIM PropTech Summit is one full day of real estate tech programming, along with the first North American Global Start-up Competition Series.
During the startup competition, new real estate tech companies have the chance to network with investors and media. The victor of the startup contest in NYC will compete against winning start-ups from London and Hong Kong at the final round in Cannes.
The MIDIM Cannes Event is one of Reed Midem’s largest and most notable events, expected to draw over 23,000 attendees in 2017.

Real Estate Tech Week is host to both private and invitation-only events. Residential and commercial real estate professionals are welcome to register. Over 50 growth-stage startups will be present to discuss products and services as speakers and panelists.
In total, more than 5,000 leaders and innovators are expected to attend over 20 events across the city. Prospective attendees can request an invite via the conference website.
