Over the past week, the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors released reports about slowing home sales.
Even though inventory is tight, median home prices are skyrocketing, current homeowners are staying put and buyers — first-time and otherwise — are skittish. To put it simply: It’s not necessarily easy to sell a home right now.
So, what do you do move a home that just isn’t selling? Offer a buyer’s agent bonus, reduce the listing price or pull out your best marketing tricks?
