Apple, Amazon and the world’s largest search giant, Google, are running toward artificial intelligence (AI).
The real estate industry continues to get its feet wet, this time with Skyler360, a smart software company partnering with the Champions School of Real Estate in Texas for an AI training webinar scheduled for Spring 2017.
From a productivity standpoint, Skyler360 assists agents by fielding prospective buyer calls with automatic text and email replies. The software is further programmed to inquire about buyer needs, screen potential clients and share MLS listing information.

Champions School of Real Estate is the largest educator in the field in the Lone Star State, with five campuses in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio.
But you don’t have to be a Texan to benefit from the course, says Sasson, as the AI training class will live stream to agents and brokers across the nation.
Ron Sasson, Houston Realtor and founder of Skyler360, says AI training is key to understanding, adopting and embracing computer science backed by human reasoning.
“At the latest Microsoft AI conference, they spoke about the need to democratize AI,” Sasson said. “This partnership is about bringing AI from the mounts of Kilimanjaro and create actual business value right now for thousands of agents in Texas and abroad.”
In order to accommodate what is expected to be high demand for the webinar, Champions School of Real Estate in Houston is currently building a 3,000 square foot space with a recording studio for the broadcast.
After receiving high praise from real-time demos in Austin, Dallas and Houston, the school decided to schedule a six-to-eight-hour online AI training class. The live stream allows real estate professionals to learn about a complex but useful piece of technology forecasted to change the real estate industry.
“Many technologies come across our desks, and we’ve seen many attempts by individuals aiming to redefine the real estate industry through the use of technology,” Rita Santamaria, Champions School of Real Estate CEO and founder, said in a statement.
“We’ve never seen anything that utilizes artificial intelligence like Skyler360 to help our students.”
Skyler360 relieves the urgency to juggle multiple prospects at once, but also delivers critical trends and tactics agents can implement for client engagement and retention. Agents and brokers can customize and tailor responses, create call-to-actions for appointments, foster leads until closing and gather behavioral data for future marketing strategies.
In addition, Skyler360 can scale across social media platforms, ease lead referrals and translate multiple languages.
Earlier this year, Skyler360 was presented an Inman Innovator Award for its ability to instinctively engage leads and follow-up accordingly.
