You probably wouldn’t market to a first-time homebuyer with a small budget the same way you would to a ultra-high-net-worth individual who’s looking to invest in an additional vacation home — so why should your listing presentation and buyer tour materials be any different?

Yesterday, real estate technology company W+R Studios announced a new collaboration with real estate public relations firm Lion & Orb that features one of W+R’s most popular products, Cloud CMA.

The two companies have created a new “Luxury Edition” of the Cloud CMA Power Pack. Cloud CMA allows users to create comparative market analysis (CMA) reports as well as buyer tours, property reports and flyers. W+R reports that Cloud CMA subscribers have collectively published more than 6 million reports to date.

The Cloud CMA Luxe Pack features new CMA designs that were created for luxury customers.

“For the striking new look, Lion & Orb selected and curated images taken by Lion & Orb Executive Creative Director, Michael McNamara of ShootingLA,” announced the companies in a press release. “McNamara and his team are widely known as the leaders in luxury real estate photography in Los Angeles and have photographed some of the most famous properties in the city.”

“We’ve been fans of Cloud CMA for years” added Lion & Orb founder, Audie Chamberlain, in the release. “We’ve seen how effective it is for agents, and when [W+R Studios co-founder] Greg [Robertson] asked us to imagine designs for luxury agents, we were excited to get started. We are so pleased with the results and can’t wait to see the beautiful CMAs that are created.”

The new luxury covers are available as an add-on to the Cloud CMA Power Pack. Chamberlain told Inman that Cloud CMA has about 300,000 customers, of which about 4,000 have currently upgraded to the Cloud CMA Power Pack.
