TransactionDesk will be made available to Arizona’s 50,000 Realtors under the deal.

Arizona‘s 50,000 Realtors will be able to sign and store paperwork online with TransactionDesk, a transaction management platform provided by real estate tech firm Lone Wolf Technologies to the Arizona Association of Realtors as a member benefit.

Under a deal between the state Realtor association and Lone Wolf, which acquired TransactionDesk’s creator in 2017, every Realtor in Arizona will have access to state, local association and multiple listing service forms through TransactionDesk. The platform will integrate with every MLS in Arizona, “making it easier for agents to complete entire transactions from contract to close in a single platform,” Lone Wolf said in a press release.

Association members will receive TransactionDesk’s “Agent Edition,” which provides unlimited secure document storage and e-signing functionality, while members can pay for the software’s “Broker Edition.”

Broker Edition upgrades offer brokers document checklists, file state tracking and automated alerts within BrokerDashboard, “a broker-controlled software that improves compliance and reduces legal liabilities.”

The deal marks a win for Lone Wolf amid fierce competition from other transaction management platforms, including Zillow Group’s dotloop, DocuSign, zipForms and Fidelity National Financial’s SkySlope.

The National Association of Realtors has paid zipForms provider zipLogix — a company NAR has a 30 percent stake in — more than $38 million in the last three years to provide zipLogix’ transaction management software to NAR members, despite the fact more than half of its 1.3 million members use rival products, including TransactionDesk. NAR will raise its annual dues in 2019 in part to continue paying zipLogix $7.5 million per year.

TransactionDesk now counts nearly 600,000 North American subscribers. This deal comes after similar agreements between Lone Wolf and the Canadian Real Estate Association and Realtors of the Palm Beaches & Greater Fort Lauderdale.

TransactionDesk has become a top choice for MLSs and associations because “it comes with listing upload and forms integration” that “make it easier for their members to complete deals with both efficiency and accuracy,” Nicholas Gaede, communications manager at Lone Wolf, told Inman.

The Arizona Association of Realtors CEO Michelle Lind said in a statement explaining the rationale for partnering with TransactionDesk that the association’s goal has always been to “empower our members to reach their full potential.”

Part of achieving this goal is providing our members with tools and resources that better equip them to do their job,” he said.

Lone Wolf’s technology products also include brokerWolf, a back-end office solution that provides transaction management, accounting, automated commissions and expenses and reports on membership and profitability.

BrokerWolf is used in over 10,000 real estate offices in U.S. and Canada, according to Lone Wolf.
