From growing your referral network to optimizing Instagram stories, there are countless ways to increase your business and income. At Inman Connect Las Vegas, top producers Danny Phee, Realtor with The Phee Group at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas, and Angela Evennett, the seniors real estate specialist at Royal LePage Wolstencroft Realty, shared some of the things they do that make them different from most agents.
Phee stands out because he’s really, really good at using social media, in particular video — on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and even LinkedIn — to promote himself and his business. He even made a promo video for his talk at Inman Connect. “I show people the service that I am providing,” Phee said.
Evennett puts her focus on building and maintaining relationships. This means regular and thoughtful communication with clients. She makes a point to have at least 18 to 25 “touches” per year with every client. That could mean anything from an email newsletter to a handwritten thank-you note with a Starbucks gift card attached. For clients who make referrals, they get even more.
