“I have known [Tracy] for years since the early days of Kunversion and JPAR,” JP Piccinini, the CEO of Vesuvius Holdings and founder of JPAR, said in a statement. “We were both very bullish about our young companies as they matured, and now it’s pretty special to be working together on the same team at Vesuvius Holdings.”

Piccinini said JPAR continues to be bullish today, about its own growth as it invests in talent, real estate, technology and equities.

“Adding [Tracy] to the team as the CTO is another major milestone in our young company history as we confidently amass talent to not just build the best real estate brand in JPAR, but to keep producing innovative tech solutions and add value to our principals, our agents and clients for many years to come,” Piccinini added.

Tracy has a long history in the real estate industry as a veteran CRM builder. He co-founded Realty Generator alongside Tom Ray in 2001 and subsequently sold it to Market Leader in 2007.

Kunversion, the company Tracy founded in 2013, eventually merged with Inside Real Estate in 2016 and began offering a full suite of products as kvCore, a lead generation, marketing and CRM platform. JPAR currently offers the kvCore platform to its agents.

“Since my CRM building days are over, I want to use my knowledge of real estate software to help JPAR utilize kvCore and its full software stack to the fullest,” Tracy said.
