I was the executive chef for the Motion Picture Association of America inWashington, DC, where we catered exclusive dinner parties and receptions for movie premiers. We entertained a diverse clientele including presidents, kings, supreme-court justices, senators, congressmen, ambassadors, and actors, along with their guests and assistants. I have learned to deal with people from all walks of life and have come to understand that everyone wants the same thing- to be treated fairly. My experience as a chef and all that it entails has proven to be a great segue to selling properties, just like yours. I coordinate the sale of a home using the same process as a catered affair. Each sale is a customized event. From beginning to end, I am hands-on, present and involved in every detail. My cost-saving selling system is designed to benefit both the buyer and the seller. Like any good chef, I've trimmed the fat of the traditional real estate brokerages because I understand that paying more to sell your home will not make it sell faster or for more money.
