M. Lance Coyle, MAI, SRA, is the 2015 president of the Appraisal Institute. He will serve as immediate past president in 2016. He serves this year as chair of the organization’s Executive Committee and chairs its policy-setting Board of Directors. He was a reviewer of two Appraisal Institute books – “Market Analysis for Real Estate” and “Real Estate Damages” — and was part of the development team for the Advanced Concepts course.
