Sunny Lake has served the Bellingham real estate community for the past ten years in a variety of roles – currently as the Sales Manager of Coldwell Banker Bain, where she in a word “wrangles” the 60 real estate agents. Her responsibilities including recruiting and retaining talent; training new agents; and working as an accountability partner for the agents to help them achieve their goals, market themselves effectively, and maintain contact with their past clients and sphere of influence. She researches and advises best practices for marketing and business development, maintains the online presence for her local office, and conducts continuing education on a variety of topics for agents and staff throughout the Coldwell Banker Bain network. Sunny Lake is a licensed Managing Broker in Washington State, however her primary role is to manage and coach the agents in her branch office of Coldwell Banker Bain. She blogs for CB Bain's Fences & Flowers and her local branch site, Occasionally she contributes content for special sections and events in the Bellingham Herald and related publications.
