Realtor.com operator Move Inc. is offering Realtors two new mobile-enabled "HyperSocial" tools — profile pages and agent recommendations — that it says will be integrated into the Realtor.com "Find a Realtor" directory by the beginning of the spring buying season.
"HyperSocial Agent Profile Pages" are viewable from desktops and most mobile devices, and "serve as safe places for agents to direct their clients for all relevant contact information in one convenient location," Move said.
The profile pages use social graphing technology to reveal "mutual connections, extended relationships, and shared interests by layering the social networks of agents and consumers."
HyperSocial Agent Recommendations allow clients to share agent recommendations without any registration requirements, Move said. Agents review and approve each recommendation before they are broadcast to the agent’s online network. When a recommendation URL is emailed or texted, users are directed back to the agent’s HyperSocial Agent Profile.
Move said it developed the HyperSocial tools using "technology and talent" acquired in its July acquisition of social media search platform SocialBios.
The HyperSocial tools will initially span Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and FourSquare, and are available in beta for Realtors with a valid National Realtor Database System(NRDS) number at http://www.socialbios.com.
