Market Leader Inc. is offering a new collection of marketing tools that’s fully integrated into the company’s existing platform.
The new integrated Marketing Center provides real estate professionals "with everything they need to create polished, professional marketing materials and engage with their entire sphere via email and direct mail," the company said.
Made possible by Market Leader’s $1.75 million acquisition of Denver-based SharperAgent in August, the Marketing Center offers more than 4,000 templates for fliers, postcards, newsletters, drip campaigns and more, for either email or direct mail. Market Leader’s 100,000 real estate agent customers can launch automated, custom campaigns for their entire database or for targeted groups.
In addition to the Marketing Center, the Market Leader platform includes personal websites, lead generation and contact management tools, plus education and training.
"The Marketing Center alone represents the most comprehensive collection of professionally designed marketing tools available to real estate professionals throughout North America, and it’s now included at no additional charge for every Market Leader customer," Market Leader CEO Ian Morris said in a statement.
Last year, Market Leader boosted the number of agents using its software platform from 19,000 to more than 100,000, as the company took on the lead role in powering Keller Williams Realty International’s eEdge lead management and marketing platform for 80,000 agents.
The Kirkland, Wash.-based company also bought RealEstate.com and its network of more than 250 real estate broker customers from two subsidiaries of Tree.com for $8.25 million.
In announcing first-quarter results — revenue was up 41 percent from a year ago, to $10.2 million — Market Leader said last month that the company is partnering with leading brokerages to grow the user base of its software platform.
In March, Market Leader announced that HomeServices of America Inc. brokerage Huff Realty had signed up to provide more than 500 agents in Ohio and Kentucky with access to its SharperAgent platform, adding to the more than 6,900 Home Services agents nationwide who were already SharperAgent clients.
Market Leader has also announced strategic partnerships this year with real estate franchisors Century 21 Real Estate LLC and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC.
