[php function=1] You will soon tire of hearing how important video is for your business as a real estate agent. I promise. Everyone is saying it. Quality, length, lighting, content, keywords and mobile compatibility are just a few of the variables that come to mind quickly as important things to ponder.

I know for me the main challenge I have always had with video is editing. I can imagine that if you are reading this and you sell homes for a living you are probably not also gifted in the video editing department. Bottom line it is neither A. easy or B. fun.

Thankfully, there are a number of emerging editing technologies that are so simple to use, dare I say, an agent could do it! Many are familiar with Animoto, but I stumbled upon another one called Stupeflix that I think is worth a look.

Stupeflix has a huge advantage right out of the gates in that they are actually integrated into YouTube where most bloggers are currently hosting their videos anyways. I know I am always looking for ways to eliminate a step if possible, especially with video due to the long upload and download times due to file size, so working directly inside of YouTube is an attractive option.

I also like the look and feel of the pre-made formats available for your videos through Stupeflix. They remind me of the way Qwiki, another amazing video technology, presents information and they leverage Google Maps API which of course is valuable when you are selling properties online as it can effect search results.

I would LOVE anyone who creates a video with Stupeflix to link it up below in the comments. There are free and paid options on their site.
