In an effort to diagnose the “need” to understand the brewing battle around data rights I deferred to Rob.
In our interview we discussed the difference between caring and understanding the issue around listing data ownership.
One thing we both agreed on is that being a data expert is critical, just make sure the data you are on expert on is the data pertaining to the market and areas where you sell homes for a living.
