“I am so excited to kick 2012 off on the right foot by attending Inman Connect New York. The breakout sessions this year are phenomenal and I am having a tough time picking which one to attend. I’m sure I’ll come back with lots of takeaways and AHA’s, like Krisstina Wise’s presentation on customer centric service from ICSF last summer.”
