1. Andrew Fogliato hosts first-time homebuyer seminars with local banks and lawyers to drum up leads. He says it’s the “most effective prospecting tool” he’s used.
2. Real estate firm Home Star produced a video featuring a “super Realtor.” The video uses animation and special effects to follow an intrepid agent’s airborne journey across Fresno, Calif., to answer the call of a client who must sell her home in 24 hours.
