I had the pleasure of interviewing Bob Watson, Regional Manager at Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate and Scott Schang, Branch Manager at Broadview Mortgage Corporation. Bob and Scott are two leaders in real estate technology and social media and are based in southern California.
I talked to Bob and Scott about the changes to Facebook. Do they think there is going to be a mass exodus? They also shared their one BIG tip for social media for real estate agents and a number of other hot topics:

Bob is also the founder and facilitator of Social Media Mastermind Orange County (SMMOC) and Social Media Mastermind Orange County Real Estate (SMMOCre) and both Scott and Bob (along with Stacey Harmon who couldn’t be with us for this interview) are co-founders of Table Topics RE.
We talked about bringing the online offline and they shared some fantastic things they are doing to convert online relationships to face to face networking and collaboration.
