Katharine “Kat” Carroll was once a professional cyclist with a BA in history from Vanderbilt in search of sunny skies and new roads for her wheels, so she moved to California. After she bought a home, she was inspired to pursue a new career in real estate, and now she is one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s top agents. You can still catch her on her bike, though — and, of course, she still has the degree, too.
