A listing agent sued by his clients for allegedly using their home as a “play pad to have sexual relations” with another agent has filed a countersuit alleging the sellers tried to extort him using video captured by a security camera in the home.
The agents — Robert Lindsay and Jeannemarie Phelan — could be be fined or have their real estate licenses suspended or revoked by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission if it determines they violated any regulations. Source: nj.com.
