Houston-based Prudential Anderson Properties is the latest brokerage affiliated with the Prudential Real Estate franchise brand to make the switch to the new Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand, the Houston Chronicle reports.
The Houston-based brokerage, which has more than 300 agents working out of 17 offices, has rebranded as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Anderson Properties. The firm is one of 26 Prudential Real Estate-affiliated brokerages that have committed to join Warren Buffett’s new franchise network.
Anderson Properties has done business under three different franchise brand names within the last 18 months. After affiliating with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in March 2010, the firm merged its operations with Alvin, Texas-based Prudential Reyes-Planka Realtors last year. Source: chron.com
