D.B. Wilson of Re/Max of Boulder says he’s never seen anything like it: There are hardly more than 100 condo and townhomes listed for sale in the entire county. The supply of single-family homes is just 3.2 months.
And Wilson sees inventories getting even tighter in 2014, the Boulder County Business Report’s Joshua Lindenstein reports.
“This spring is going to be even tougher than last spring,” Wilson said, delivering a forecast at a conference at the University of Colorado-Boulder. “When you think of the number of multiple-offer transactions (that occurred last spring), I think that’s what we’re going to see again. … I think we’re going to have a strong market, but I think we’re going to be fighting over the same listings.” Source: bcbr.com
