First Team Real Estate, which claims to be the largest independent brokerage in Southern California, is offering one lucky family the chance to deck out their home with enough lights to bling out the average neighborhood.
The winner of the brokerage’s “Extreme Home Makeover Lighting Contest” will get $5,000 worth of professional lighting decorations and cleanup, and a $500 check to cover the additional power costs. Second-and third-place winners will receive a $500 American Express Gift Card and a $250 American Express Gift Card, respectively.
People can sign up for the contest on First Team Real Estate’s Facebook page. The winning entry will be chosen at random on Dec. 1.
