A real estate agent who works on Prince Edward Island, Canada, is using a four-rotor drone helicopter to capture video of large properties for sale for his clients, CBC News reports.

Michael Poczynek shelled out $700 for the drone helicopter, and another $600 for a video camera and Global Positioning System (GPS) navigation system. Poczynek says the drone has helped him land some listings — and get featured in a high-profile news publication.

Drones are also catching on with U.S. real estate agents, although they can’t be operated commercially. Source: cbc.ca.
