My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service, Florida’s largest MLS with more than 33,000 members, will begin testing CoreLogic’s Matrix MLS platform in first-quarter 2014 for possible adoption in the second quarter. My Florida Regional MLS’s board of directors approved the testing just months after the MLS launched CoreLogic’s Fusion MLS system in March. Another CoreLogic MLS system, MLXchange, currently runs parallel to Fusion.
“(O)ur roll out of Fusion has not provided the results we all hoped for,” My Florida Regional MLS said in a notice to members announcing the upcoming testing.
“We are making it our goal to consolidate our MLS into one easy, smart, and intuitive system.”
Matrix is quick, fully mobile, and performs seamlessly on any platform and on any device, the MLS added.
