For the second time this year, French consumers topped the list of foreigners searching for properties on the Miami Association of Realtors’ website, miamire.com. The other top countries in search of South Florida real estate were Canada, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, India, the United Kingdom and Belgium.
“Foreign buyers and investors have fueled the strengthening of the Miami market unlike any other city in the U.S.,” said Fernando I. Martinez, residential president of the Miami Association of Realtors, in a statement.
