What’s being advertised as footage of two real estate agents using a clients home as a “play pad to have sexual relations” is slated to air on “Inside Edition” today.
“They were using our home as a cheap motel,” says the home’s owner, Richard Weiner.
Weiner and his wife sued agents Robert Lindsay and Jeannemarie Phelan in December for breach of trust and fiduciary duties.
The owners allege that the agents not only used their home as their personal love nest, but also “intentionally listed the house above market value to avoid Realtor traffic in the home.”
Lindsay has filed a countersuit alleging the sellers tried to extort him using video captured by a security camera in the home.
According to New York magazine, Weiner’s reaction to the countersuit was to send camera footage of the encounters to “Inside Edition.” In addition to showing kissing in what appears to be the home’s kitchen and bedroom, the preview of the “Inside Edition” segment also shows footage of the pair discovering that they are being filmed.
