Los Angeles-area real estate broker Greg Geilman used Google Glass recently to give a live-feed video property tour for an out-of-state client. The hands-free nature of Google Glass allowed him a sense of freedom, and the client could direct the tour and ask questions in real time, he wrote in a blog post about the experience.
But the live, streaming video through the Glass to a Google Plus Hangout had poor video quality, experienced multiple hiccups with delayed transmission and was involved to set up. With some tweaks and updates, including better battery life and iPhone integration, Glass will be great for agents, Geilman concluded.
