Trulia subsidiary Market Leader is now powering software for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Canada’s broker and agent affiliates, including white-labeled versions of the tech firm’s broker and agent websites, customer relationship management platform and marketing templates.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Canada launched in 2011 and is operated as a master franchise of the Realogy-owned Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand by My Lifestyle Brand Inc. The brand has nine offices across Canada.
Trulia acquired Market Leader in August for $355 million. Earlier this month, Market Leader signed a multiyear software deal with Realogy’s brokerage wing, NRT LLC. Source: businesswire.com.
