With the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board separating from the Canadian Real Estate Association in a huff over flat-fee listings, listings represented by the Montreal board’s 9,700 members will no longer appear on Realtor.ca as of Jan. 1.
That’s got some sellers anxious about whether their homes — which are going on the market at a time when inventories are at record highs — will get the same kind of exposure on Centris.ca, a Quebec-based site that’s virtually unknown outside the province, The Montreal Gazette’s Allison Lampert reports.
