New Jersey MLS signs on with RPR

The New Jersey Multiple Listing Service Inc. has signed a licensing agreement with Realtors Property Resource that will allow RPR to incorporate listing data from the MLS into its analytics products and NJMLS members to take full advantage of RPR’s search, mapping, and report-generating capabilities. NJMLS serves the Bergen, Passaic, Essex and Hudson county areas. A subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors, RPR has data licensing agreements in place with MLSs and commercial information exchanges (CIEs) representing about 65 percent of NAR’s 1 million members, RPR said in November in announcing a licensing agreement with Michigan’s largest MLS, Realcomp II Ltd.
