Realogy Holdings Corp., the owner of a number of real estate franchisors, has named Ken Eng the winner of its 2013 Diversity and Inclusion Award, which honors diversity efforts among employees.
Realogy credited Eng for his work on the Cartus Global Diversity and Inclusion Council and the local diversity council at the Cartus headquarters in Danbury, Conn. Cartus is a relocation company owned by Realogy.
“Ken Eng is involved in nearly all diversity initiatives that Cartus undertakes, and was the driving force behind the Veterans Day Wall of Honor event that was ultimately leveraged across all of Realogy’s business units,” said Robert Burns, chairman of the Realogy Diversity and Inclusion Council, when he presented the award at an employee town hall meeting on Feb. 6 at its corporate headquarters in Madison, N.J.
