Realogy Holdings Corp. and realtor.com operator Move Inc. have been recognized for the third year in a row by 2020 Women on Boards as “Winning ‘W’ ” companies, an award recognizing companies that have installed women in at least 20 percent of available board seats.
Realogy’s eight-member board of directors includes three women: Jessica M. Bibliowicz, a senior adviser with private equity investment firm Bridge Growth Partners; Fiona P. Dias, chief strategy officer of ShopRunner; and V. Ann Hailey, president, CEO and CFO of Famous Yard Sale Inc.
Move’s seven-member board includes two women: Catherine B. Whatley, the president and owner of Buck & Buck Inc., who represents the National Association of Realtors on the board; and Jennifer Dulski, president and COO of Change.org.
2020 Women on Boards is a national campaign that’s out to increase the percentage of women on corporate boards to 20 percent or more by 2020.
