Bombay, India-based fusedcow Inc. says it’s developed a “design API for real estate” that lets builders work with designers to offer “100 percent customized apartments” to homebuyers.
Techcircle.in reports that the company has “multiple designs on the platform” that developers can show to potential buyers. Buyers can also customize their “dream homes and get it built to their specification.”
Fusedcow — which is incorporated in the U.S., and has offices in San Francisco and Singapore — is currently offering the platform in Pune, Mumbai and Delhi, with plans to expand to other cities in India including Jaipur, Kochi, Trivandrum, Chennai, Lucknow and Chandigarh.
Managing Director Kris Nari — a senior partner in IncuCapital — says fusedcow has raised a “small amount” of seed funding and plans a larger fundraising round early next year. Source: techcircle.vccircle.com
