Tribus, a provider of real estate technology services to agents and brokerages, says it has taken a stake in Retsly Software Inc., provider of a back-end service that aggregates and enhances data from multiple listings services, allowing companies to integrate it into a simple application programming interface (API).
Vancouver, Canada-based Retsly formally launched its service this week in San Francisco at the National Association of Realtors’ annual convention.
“We were very pleased with our launch and Tribus’s investment obviously played a big part in generating enthusiasm throughout the industry,” Retsly co-founder Joshua Lopour said in a statement. “We’ve done all the heavy lifting at Retsly to seamlessly integrate with multiple MLSs, franchises and brokerages to standardize all the relevant real estate data for the use of our clients.”
Orange County, Calif.-based Tribus said it will build a number of products that rely on Retsly’s services, including customizable Internet data exchange (IDX) interfaces, market data reports, and broker recruiting systems.
In June, Tribus announced that it would acquire SquaredR Consulting Inc., establishing a presence in Chicago that the company said would expand its national presence and launch integrated real estate marketing plans and real estate coaching packages.
Tribus provides a suite of real estate technology services to agents and brokerages through their integrated customer relationship management (CRM) systems and semi-custom and fully custom websites. Source: prweb.com
