Tony Martin has been selling real estate since 2013 in Los Angeles and its surrounding areas. After many years in the law enforcement sector, a back injury sidelined him to take medical leave.

Martin desired more freedom to spend time with his family and enjoy life. That’s when real estate came calling.

So, how does he do it? His rapid rising success is the result of hunting down expired and canceled listings, one door at a time.

In today’s podcast, Martin shares the simple steps he takes daily to be a force in his marketplace. He takes us through identifying target properties, doing the necessary preparation to win homeowners’ trust and that critical moment when the door opens.
